Individuals or groups are invited to join this community. Yes we have 1,734 acres or 701 hectares suitable for 80 dwellings that the NSW Land Sharing Legislation allows. There is a homestead & stand-alone power system, would you care to participate & contribute to our first Community Building project? That is, guest accommodation & halls, followed by shelters. Our next scheduled gathering on the land is in early July 2009, contact us to join.

This is wonderful!! I was looking through your links and wonder which one you would prefer that I put on my ColoradoKin'sDomains website for people to find your settlement? Are you advertising in other locations for residents? One of the things about the billionaire story in book 8.1 that is so intriguing to me is that John Heitzman (the billionaire) advertised to get his residents. He decided what his bottom line desires for the land and community were and advertized specifically for that. I love the variety of the stories in the series and the multitudes of ways each settlement developed and evolved.

Greetings Joyce, thanks for the reply & your inspiring work. We have actually kept low key without advertising, apart from our www.magpiehouse.com.au database of around 1200 emails. Did you read my entire post on the Seekers discussion to you & David, how there's lots of self-sabotaging conditional desires out there as you also pointed out? People know who & where we are, so it's up to them. But if we persist in individualistic desires (such as Etherion is in the wrong place!) then we don't co-create, & as we know it's the Collective Consciousness, not the individual consciousness, that creates reality. So my mantra at meetings became "rather than ask, what do I want, ask, what do I offer?" Our offering is LAND, lots of it, fertile, abundant, private, superb climate (ask the HUGE Guyra tomato farm). For anyone reading this, what do YOU offer, that is, I cannot do this alone.
